• Zero PII (Personally Identifiable Information): The scripts does not collect IP addresses, emails, or any user-specific identifiers. It is 100% GDPR and CCPA compliant by default.
• Non-Intrusive Hardware Profiling: AI Readiness (WebGPU, WebNN) and compute capacity (UCP / PetaFLOPs) are measured strictly via standard, secure browser APIs without intrusive device fingerprinting or accessing local user files.
• Zero Performance Impact: The script is fully asynchronous, weighs less than 10KB, and yields to the main thread, ensuring zero impact on your Core Web Vitals or user experience.

• Anonymous Benchmarking: The only data retained post-audit is raw, decoupled hardware performance metrics. This data is strictly anonymized and stored without any connection to your company, domain, or users, solely to improve the global ScaleDynamics indexing engine.
• Ephemeral Business Data: Metrics related to your business outcomes (conversions, total sessions, return rates, responsiveness) are used strictly to generate your specific one-off audit. They are permanently purged from our systems immediately after your report is delivered.
